First, you need to change the oil
Elevators shall use the same grade of oil as the systems used to clean or replace hydraulic fluid and shall be temperature controlled between 45 and 80 degrees. Remove impurities from the hydraulic system at a relatively high flow rate and clean as many as possible three times. Use hot water and all the oil will be released. After cleaning, you can clean the filter and filter elements and add hydraulic oil to ensure the oil is clean.
Second, avoid air into the hydraulic system
Under normal conditions, the hydraulic system contains about 8% air. However, if the pressure is too low, the air will be released, which will create noise in the components of the hydraulic system. If the hydraulic system enters a large amount of air, it is easy to affect the work efficiency. Even if the hydraulic oil is oxidized, the hydraulic oil is prone to deterioration, so it is necessary to pay attention to the temperature of the hydraulic oil to prevent air intrusion into the hydraulic system.
Third, avoid water entering the hydraulic system
If the hydraulic oil contains too much water, it will lead to the hydraulic system components rust, hydraulic oil will be due to moisture and deterioration, so in the use of the process will accelerate the wear rate of equipment. Therefore, care must be taken not to allow moisture to enter the hydraulic system during maintenance. If excessive hydraulic oil is used, it must be filtered several times to ensure that no water can be reused.
